As usual, right at 10 o’clock in the morning my phone started to vibrate, indicating a text message. I know whom it from, and I know what it’s read. “Good morning, sunshine! ^^” and always, I ignored it, or more like I tried to ignore it.
Just for you to know, that was my ex. For almost 1 year after we officially broke up, he constantly sending me his morning greeting and his schedule for the day. Honestly, it’s annoying. He’s my ex to begin with. He shouldn’t keep contact with me, especially when I’m struggling to forget him, and our memories, our sweet memories..
Ahh..here I go again, day dreaming about him. How can I forget him?
Dae’s POV
“Done texting your perfect ex, Daesungie??” a deep voice startled me, I know it’s Seunghyun hyung. I turned my attention to him, just to find him smirking annoyingly.
“Leave me alone hyung..”
“Aiyaaa.. you chased your hyung away huh??!” he said jokingly and locking my head.
“Aww, hyung! I surrender.. let me go hyung, aooffhh..” I tickled him and he released me.
“aigo uri Daesungie, it’s been a year, or so? Why don’t you just let her off??” he asked out of the blue.
Rite, why I keep contacting her?? It’s been almost a year now. And we had a clean break up, wait, no I won’t call it a clean break up. Clean break up means you have nothing to your ex, no hate no love nothing. But honestly, I couldn’t forget about her, she’s everyone’s ideal girl. She’s warm, caring, nurturing and cute all at once. She’s the closest definition of perfect for me. I don’t know what exactly her reason to cut our ties, but this particular day, she came to me and said that we couldn’t see each other anymore. Maybe my eyes tricking me, but I saw her eyes a little bit puffy that day.
“Just the same thing that goes for VIP hyung, we have to keep them loving us, riiiiitteee??” I answered him cheekily while chuckling covering my real feelings.
“Whatever Dae!” he rolled her big sparkling eyes, how I envy his eyes, “Just be careful..”
“Euh? About..??”
“You know, the netizen could be tracking your phone number registered call with cracking some systems and found out that you’ve been contacting one particular girl..hhooooo.. imagine what could be happen..??”
“Aye, hyung. You and your imagination~” I think Seunghyun hyung became a little bit paranoid after Jaebum’s hyung controversial myspace case.
“No Daesungie! I know how wild the netizens are! Don’t you know about Jaebumie?? I felt sorry for him..” I blink my eyes twice as a respond, “Yah!! Don’t give me that i-don’t-believe-you-hyung look! I tell you what netizens could do, they will tracking your ex down and… and…. And…. terrorize her with hate emails that will drive her to kill her self!”
Sure hyung, sure.
I don’t know where he got that insane imagination of netizens. But I think that would never happen, VIP are not that kind of fans, they are polite and considerate, I think if they would find out that I was dating, they will be supportive, wouldn’t they?
“Arasso hyung, I will keep that in mind..” I only said that to calm Seunghyun hyung who I thought had hyperventilating moment.
He took a deep breath, “Okay Daesungie, lets get going, we have a photoshoot for ELLE..”
“Okay, hyung.. just wait a sec..” she haven’t answer my morning greeting which is not her usual self, she always text me back even with just a blank text, but now, she is not even responding, is she still in slumber?? I doubt that tough, she’s a very morning person, she always woke up at six.
